Privacy Policy

This policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information when you enquire with me about property investment, and the rights you have over your data. I take this seriously and I do not sell your information to anyone.

Who is responsible for your data

What I collect

When you submit one of my enquiry forms on Instagram or Facebook, I receive the details you choose to share, which are typically:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your country
• Your timeframe for a Dubai investment

I also keep any further information you give me directly by email, WhatsApp or on a call.

How I use it

I use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
• Send you the investment information you requested, including a short series of follow up emails about the relevant Dubai project and market
• Arrange a call if you would like one

The legal bases for this are your consent, which you give when you submit the form and which you can withdraw at any time, and my legitimate interest in responding to a genuine enquiry. Every marketing email I send includes a one click unsubscribe link.

Who I share it with

I only share your data with the service providers that help me run my enquiry and email process, and only so they can perform that service:

• Meta Platforms, which hosts the Instagram and Facebook lead forms
• Brevo, which manages my contact list and sends my emails
• Zapier, which moves a new enquiry from the form into my system
• Google Workspace, which provides my email

I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

International transfers

I am based in the United Arab Emirates and some of my providers are based in the United States. This means your data may be processed outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that happens I rely on the providers' own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to keep your data protected to a comparable standard.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as you are an active enquiry or contact. If you unsubscribe, ask me to delete your data, or remain inactive for an extended period, I remove it from my active records.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to:

• See the information I hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop or restrict how I use it
• Withdraw your consent, including by unsubscribing from any email

If you are in the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, in the European Union to your local data protection authority, and in Australia to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
